Virginia Giuffre, Prince Andrew Accuser, files a lawsuit against Prince Andrew on the grounds of sexual abuse. Their alledged relationship was also revealed during the Ghislaine Maxwell Trial.
So far, efforts from Prince Andrew’s lawyer to stop the lawsuit have been in vain.
🟡 Giuffre, 38, alleges that she was brought to London in 2001 when she was 17 by Epstein and Maxwell and that she was introduced to the Duke.

🟡 Andrew, who denies the allegations, told Newsnight in 2019 that Giuffre’s account of the evening out at the nightclub could not be true “because I have a peculiar medical condition which is that I don’t sweat or I didn’t sweat at the time”.
An hearing is schedules for Tuesday, January 4 2022 at 10am with Judge Kaplan during which arguments for dismissal will be heard.
