A woman was brutally attacked and killed by her four dogs in her own California home, according to police.
The dogs attacked the woman, believed to be in her 20s, in Elizondo Street in the unincorporated East Valinda area of the San Gabriel Valley, at about 5 p.m. on Tuesday, according to Fox11.
Industry Sheriff’s Station Sgt. V. Munshi told the network the woman was in the backyard of her home with her son when they were both attacked.
He added both the mother and her child were bitten and taken to a nearby hospital where the woman was pronounced dead.
According to the network, the woman suffered major injuries to her head as well as one arm.
