Ghislaine Maxwell Trial LIVE Update Day 10

On Day 9, the court was adjourned due to a lawyer being sick.

An official statement from the Southern District of New York’s US Attorney’s Office reads:

UPDATE: Today’s testimony is adjourned and scheduled to resume tomorrow, due to the illness of an attorney in this case. We urge you to respect the privacy of all parties to this litigation and not disclose the identity of that attorney.

An update will follow as to when the trial will resume. Thank you.

• Day 9 had started with new witness Tracey Chapelle taking the stand
• Judge Alison Nathan denied the prosecution request to investigate the notepads of Epstein’s employees
• Prosecution’s resting of the case could happen on Friday, Day 10
