The jury deliberated and the verdict is in. All three men whom participated in the murder of 24-year-old Ahmaud Arbery in February 2020 have been found guilty of Ahmaud Arbery’s murder.
The deliberating took close to twelve hours. They were 9 counts.
Travis McMichael Found Guilty of all 9 Counts:
- Malice Murder
- 4 counts of Felony Murder
- 2 counts of Aggravated Assault
- False Imprisonment
- Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder
Gregory McMichael Found Guilty of 8 Counts :
- Malice Murder [NOT GUILTY]
- 4 counts of Felony Murder
- 2 counts of Aggravated Assault
- False Imprisonment
- Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder
William Bryan Found Guilty of 6 Counts :
- Malice Murder [NOT GUILTY]
- 3 counts of Felony Murder
- 1 counts of Aggravated Assault
- False Imprisonment
- Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder
Travis McMichael is the only one whom been found guilty of Malice Murder. All three men still have to be judged on federal charges and attempting kidnapping.
